To all of my subscribers who are also on this mailing list, I need to tell
you that my Bill had a heart attack Tuesday and will have heart surgery
tomorrow.  I come in late every night to check my mail, email, and pets but
correspondence will have to wait awhile.
Pete, you forgot to cite your source, Sinkler-Sinclair-St. Clair UPDATE
1995: OHIO or perhaps someone sent it to you and failed to list the author.
