Re: Starting to trace my Sinclair branch

The only battle that was in Scotland during 1745 was the
Battle of Culloden with Bonnie Prince Charlie. Maryland is
an interesting connection in that it was initially a
Catholic settlement and state. I am not aware of the
Sinclairs being in the Battle, this is one they sat out as a
clan in so far as I am aware.
