Kristin,
I have a John Sinclair born abt. 1753 in Virginia and who died in Madison
Co.(?), Missouri abt.1823. He was son of Charles Sinclair of Sinclair Bottom,
VA (1717-1766) and Ann Sinclair (1720-1789). My John married Rebecca Pruitt
around 1785 in either Tn. or Va. Rebecca was daughter of William Pruitt and
Mary Martin Pruitt.

Also John and Rebecca had a son named John born in TN. and married Elizabeth
Matthews in 1822 in Missouri.
