I just received the following message from Josh Gourlay, 
one of the directors of the Sinclair Symposium held 
September 5-7, 1997, in Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland:

"We have given up on getting the symposium papers published. 
Not all the speakers provided us with their contributions. We 
took the decision that we must have all speeches to get a properly 
balanced view. The idea has now been abandoned.
My apologies.

I hope the upcoming symposium in Westford is more 
successful in publishing the papers presented there.
