The information I sent you by e-mail on 19 Sept was from memory. I have had a chance to review my data on Elias and find that he was born about 1794 in York co, SC. He was the son of Duncan, my gggranfather. He is named in Duncan's will as being under  legal age, along with two other brothers. Elias married Sally McDermott in Wilson Co, Tn. I have no information on their children. He had a younger brother named Elijah, also named in the will. 
His brother James moved to Wilson Co also and married a Sarah ___. I believe she was a Telford, but have not been able to prove it. They had a son, Eli G. born about 1811, who married Catherine Jones in 1828, in Wilson Co., Tn. 
Please send me your snail mail address and I will send you copies of related family groups and a list of descendants of ggggrandfather  Malcolm. . I believe my information is correct, however, I AM FAR FROM PERFECT. I am always looking for proof of my records.

Hello Everyone,

I have an Elias SINCLAIR, b. 1810, Wilson Co. TN, md. 15 Dec 1827 
Lebanon, Wilson, TN to Sarah (Sally) A. McDORMET, b. 1809.  I have 
been told Elias' father was James SINCLAIR, but have not found
 anything much about James in the Wilson Co. records I've searched
or any documetation that he is the father of Elias.

Elias and family moved to Upson Co., GA by 1850 and on to Bibb Co.
 GA by 1860.  Their ch:

1.  John D. . 1830 md. Mary  STRICKLAND 6 Apr 1849 Upson Co., GA
2.  Needham , b. 1834, md. Sarah FOWLER 12 May 1852, Macon, Bibb, GA
3.  Robert D., b. 1836
4.  Charity A., b. 1838
5.  Edward F. b. 1840
6.  Mary, b. 18 Jul 1843, md. Dominica BARATTA,26 Sep 1865, Macon, Bibb, GA
7.  Sarah, b. 1844
8.  Elias S. b. 1849 md. Mrs. Sallie HASKINS 3 Jul 1873, Macon, Bibb, GA (my
line)

Any information on Elias' and Sarah's origins in TN much appreciated.  Thanks!
