>Jean,
I admire your loyalty to the Sinclair name however even though an ancestor
may have "infamous side" I would still hope that all of my Sinclair cousins
would still respect and honor those ancestors.  We cannot judge why they
may have committed a deed that is looked upon unfavorably now or then
because we were not in their situation. Truly loving a family is accepting
their faults and misdeeds.
