I do not know of this Sinclair, but i will have a look through electoral
records etc and see if i can find any trace of him for you. It might take a

I have noticed that you are an Australia-based Sinclair.  I am trying to
locate John Arthur Sinclair born 1 November 1917 who apparently left for
Australia from South Africa in 1970.  Do you know of him or his family at
all?
