The Thomas you posted is part of my line.

The info you have posted is as far as I have gone with him also and will not
be researching him for quite a while.

His father was Jeremiah and I have photos of the grave site taken August
1998.  The site is in the Essex VT cemetery.  there are many Sinclair family
members there.
