Gen. St. Clair--Statue in Chicago?

In our Huntington St. Clair family a recollection exists of a time when all
St. Clairs in Chicago and surrounding area were invited to the dedication [?
or some other anniversary?] of a statue.

Does anyone know:  Is there a statue of Gen St. Clair in Chicago?  Where is
it?  When was it dedicated?  Do any others know of attendees at the event I
described?
