I see that on Good Morning America they are about to review the book, "The
Professor and the Madman" which is about the making of the Oxford
Dictionary.  I referred to it during our mail concerning dictionaries.
Quite a fascinating book.

I bought a  CD program , American Heritage Talking Dictionary with 200,000
definitions and 90,000 spoken words, photos, illustrations and maps.  I
found 2 out of 4 of my words: Scryer and Desiderata in it and and it was
good to hear the pronunciation of desiderata because I just couldn't do it
on my own.  This will be a good tool.  I wish there was spell check on
E-mails or is there and I haven't found it (I have Outlook Express)???
