Ken:  Just filled out the application to send, but I had trouble finding it also.  Go to:
http://www.mids.org/sinclair/list.html  (address that's below)  On left bar, see Organizations.  Click on US flag. Wait a few
seconds and see Membership box on  upper left of page.  John and all are doing such a great job on the website. Mary's info
re: membership reminded me I hadn't joined yet, even though I'd meant to do so.  Hope this helps.   There must not be many of
