Re: Sutherland book

There is no index.  After the first chapter of ancient history it takes up
the story in the 1800's.  So I don't think they are in there.  There are 36
books in the bibliography which might be a useful thing for research.  One
of them concerns Sir A. Conan Doyle (Sherlock Holmes) who plays a part in
this story.
