My Sinclairs were of English origins according to the immigration records !

The family " folklore " says they were Welsh ??

I have not yet been able to trace them but have that on my agenda .

Most of the activity on the list seems to involve Scotland , but the 
Sinclairs were also obviously concentrated in England in 1066 !!!

My research indicated that the Normans built most of the castles in Great 
Britain , and that effort must have involved as many of the Sinclairs there 
as anywhere else ??
