Does anyone know anything about the 3td Archbishop of Normandy? I am suppost to be related to him somewhere down the line, but do not know how. My ggrandfather JOSEPH SINCLAIR born in the 1860's came from Scotland and his wife, ? came from Ireland but dont know anything about them . Thank for the help. Robert Sinclair in Tennessee
