Laural,
I would be happy to help you but we will be going to California for two
months of cancer treatments for Bill - just learned of his cancer in the
past several weeks.

If you would be willing to wait til I am home again, let me know.
Once errors are made they may never get corrected to everyone.  I know
because I am still trying to locate everyone to correct some of my earlier
work.
