Donald,

People are always quick to get snappish when things like this happen but 
they do happen, and whilst it was annoying Julie should feel welcome. I 
would hope that we could all be a little understanding, tell Julie from me 
that I hope she  doesn't feel too bad and that she has a merry Christmas and 
a happy new year,
