Here is one Sinclair that I was not aware of and was sort of
interesting as my name is partly the same Victor Sinclair. He was
origininally an Admiral in the US Navy, circa 1850. however he did
something wrong because his boat sank and he perished on a trip from
Georgia to the
Dominican Republic. Anyone heard about this individual? Neil
