Dear Sinclair;
Your information raises the proof of some connection between
the Argyll Sinclairs and the Caithness Sinclairs in yet another odd way if what
is postulated is correct. If indeed there was a daughter (possibly) of the
Sinclairs of Rosslin that became the mother to the lines of Campbells and the
especially that of the Dukes of Argyll. It illustrates again the ironies that we
can get into even in ones own back yard so to speak. Especially given the early
dates involved. Nice and interesting work Sinclair and Donald.
