   Hereditary Peers. John 3rd Viscount does not stand in elction.
   In 1999: Sinclair Lords Elected, Malcolm Sinclair, 20th Earl of
   Caithness, Peter St Clair-Erskine, 7th Earl of Rosslyn, elected to the
   reformed House of Lords by their peers.
   In 1698: Darien sick ashore, Sick are put ashore in Darien. More men
   land to clear the ground and build huts.
