Thank you Myra, I'm taking a copy to work to show my colleagues in the 
Medical Practice I spend a day a week at. And it should be given to staff 
at every Aged Care Facility for reading. Both my husband and I are closer 
to that level, in age, than I like to realise. Our minds are active and we 
live in and manage our own home, but we are also aware that we need each 
others skills to keep us there.
