Dear Mel,
              Thank the Lord for an easily solved problem!  Hang it in the 
bathroom, in the shower stall, or over the bath.  Turn on the hot water for 
ten minutes......it may take twenty.....then remove it to a dry warm place, 
open it up and let it hang overnight, and your problems are over.   All the
