OK, poverty is the root problem, but you didn't tell us how you would 
rectify that problem before the terrorists spread smallpox throughout 
London (Chicago?) or set off a nuclear device in Paris (Los Angeles?).  Do 
you think for a minute that bin Laden would not have taken out 40,000 or 
400,000 people if he had the ability to do it?
