As you know, Dana , the numbers keep changing.  The last I heard there were 
3,030 dead or missing, with only 232 bodies recovered, but over 10,000 body 
parts found.

Sinclair, let us consider a hypothetical situation (hypothetical because 
there have been no secret military tribunals as yet, not a one).  Suppose 
Great Britain or France have caught someone who is alleged to have been one 
of the conspirators in the WTC atrocity, someone who conspired to rip the 
unalienable right to life of 3,030 citizens of the world without the 
benefit of a fair and public hearing.  Let us suppose that the proof of 
this person's guilt in this terrible crime depends upon top secret 
intelligence, the knowledge of which would be of help to the terrorists 
still out there waiting to commit other such crimes.  And to complicate 
matters a little more, let us suppose that all or part of this top secret 
intelligence comes from a person who has infiltrated the terrorist 
organization and would be immediately executed if this information became 
known in a public hearing.

What would Great Britain or France do in this situation?  You can't 
extradite this alleged terrorist to the United States because we would put 
him to death following a secret military tribunal.  Do you let him go, give 
him the opportunity to plan and commit even greater crimes against humanity?

Please, Sinclair, give us the benefit of your insight into such a dilemma.
