Ronay's Sources/Queen Margaret

Tim asked me to mention the sources Gabriel Ronay used in his "Lost King of
England". He has about a 5 page bibliography, which would be beyond my
meager typing capabilities.
He also cites a number of contemporary chronicles, which Laurel has
mentioned.
