Thank you if this site's information is correct that is the end of the
'princely claim.  I note that the site bears today date and was produced at
05:24 GMT.  I sure that the work took a lot longer. Perkin Warbeck come to
mind.

Sight of the original e-mail reply from Bruxelles on 19 Avril would be
helpful.
