St. Clair, seen here in the uniform of the Gentlemen Golfers, was also the founder of the Company of Gentlemen Golfers, later to become known as the Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers. The original portrait was painted by Sir George Chalmers in 1771 and now hangs in the Royal Company of Archers' Hall, Edinburgh. This print is a high quality full color reproduction and measures 11" X 14". This would make an excellent gift for any golfer !!!
