Thank you for your erudite submission. I can sympathize with the feelings of
foreigners, especially Europeans, about the position of the US today as the
sole superpower and the frustration of not having an individual input into
its policies. World opinion has always been a factor in American foreign
policy as evident by the President going before the UN to speak today.
But the violation of the US Constitution is a legal matter, and if you want
to have a direct input into that you would have to emigrate to the US to
acquire a legal standing in the matter.
