Cathy:  I'm collecting the emails and compiling the "John, Joseph and Duncan"
list every two weeks.  This time it will be later, however, because I will be
away until October 31st.  Please submit whatever you like, as we are finding it
very helpful in piecing together what seems disparate at the time.  I will try
to put the list together by November 3rd.  Gail
