My procedure is to include all persons descended from a Sinclair, irrespective
of their  evolving family names.  Thus each of the names in your example would
be included, together with any known descendants.  In other words, Mary, who
married William Smith, would be shown, and her children would be Smiths.  Hope
this answers your inquiry.
