Ian is a Commissioner in Phode Island and just might be going to these games.
For information purposes - if you have questions about there being a Sinclair 
presence at a particular Highland Game and Gathering, go to the web page and 
look for a Commissioner for that area. he/she is the person to contact and 
tell you what is going on.
