This is just an idea thrown out to see your
reaction or meeting of the minds. As we technicaly own two suits of
armour burried in Rosslyn Chapel, could it be considered that we recover
these suits and see if they are still in good enough shape for
display?

There are many more than two suits of armour in Rosslyn Chapel
where, it is said:
"There
are twenty of Roslin's barons bold
Lie buried in that proud chapelle;
Each baron, for a sable shroud,
Sheathed in his iron panoply".
However, it is not our intention to disturb the glorious dead in order to
display their armour.
There are museums where such things can be seen without desecrating the
sacred tombs
of our illustrious ancestors.
