geneology program

Hi,

I've finally collected enough family history that I'm
ready to start organizing it on my PC.  Now the big
question.  Which geneology program should I get?  What
are your suggestions?  I've noticed that some include
CDs with names on them.  Are these really helpful with
research?

Hurry with your suggestions.  Santa needs hints.
