The both Templar Grandmaster lists that Sinclair de la Behottiere
has sent are now in the web pages with sources cited:
 http://www.mids.org/sinclair/templars.html

Also included is Tim Wallace-Murphy's commentary on the second
(after DeMolay) list of Grandmasters.

Plus from Niven Sinclair there is the text of Non Nobis Domine,
a hymn by Rudyard Kipling, which Niven describes as "the Templar hymn."
