Although I know of no reference to Lord Sinclair
being involved with Mary's escape from Lochleven, either, he may well have been
involved somehow. I'm not sure about the genealogy, but I assume this was
the same Henry, Lord Sinclair who was the father of Lady Agnes Sinclair, the
mother of Mary's husband, the Earl of Bothwell.
