Announcement

As a few of you know, I gave my resignation as Historian a few weeks go to
Clan Sinclair USA.   Our President, Donald Sinclair, announced yesterday
that Ward "Bud" Ginn, one of the Commissioners of Virginia, has graciously
accepted this post now.  I am so pleased with this appointment and
anticipate an easy transition.
