Sinclair - Bunzey Relation?

Hello everyone,
      I was wondering if any of you had traced the genealogy of the 
Sinclair's to the Bunzey name.  I believe the Sinclair family that married 
into the Bunzey family lived in upstate Vermont and owned a company called 
the Sinclair Chair Company.
